New Design
Our services include peer review of building enclosure systems for new design projects, from the early design phase through detail development and construction documents. In the construction phase, we provide mockup and shop drawing review, construction site observation, testing services, and select third party system installation observation.
Facade Consulting
Our team provides investigation and rehabilitation of building facades. We have extensive expertise investigating a variety of materials, from traditional stone, brick and terra cotta, to modern rain screen and curtain wall systems. Our portfolio includes buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, and unmistakable modern icons. We also provide facade ordinance inspections to satisfy code requirements for high-rise buildings.
Roofing / Waterproofing
Our services include evaluation of existing roofing and waterproofing systems, water infiltration testing, and the design, bidding and construction administration services necessary to repair or replace your roofing or waterproofing system. Our experience includes below-grade, plaza and terrace waterproofing, as well as conventional roofing assemblies, with expertise spanning the full spectrum of roofing materials, from standing seam copper and lead to bituminous and thermoplastic systems.
Litigation Support

Historic Building Condition Assessment
Our services include comprehensive condition assessment of historic buildings, documenting existing conditions and identifying the causes of material deterioration and distress. We evaluate the full range of historic building systems, including roofing, waterproofing, masonry, windows, and other envelope components, to determine their current condition and remaining service life. Our assessments combine visual survey, hands-on investigation, and testing as needed to establish the nature and extent of distress and its underlying causes. We document our findings in clear, well-organized reports that prioritize repairs, inform capital planning, and support the preservation of historic building fabric.
